Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, production timelines may vary. We will communicate expected delivery times but cannot guarantee specific dates, especially during peak seasons or supply delays.
All images on our site are for illustrative purposes. There may be slight differences in color or texture between what appears on screen and the final product, especially for custom finishes.
If a product is unavailable or discontinued, we reserve the right to offer a similar alternative or cancel your order with a full refund. We will contact you before proceeding with any such changes.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are in the USD currency unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Quotes provided for custom projects are valid for a limited time and may vary based on material costs, design adjustments, or installation requirements. Please confirm your quote before proceeding with payment.
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, bank transfer, and mobile money options. Payment terms will be specified upon placing your order and may require a deposit for custom work.
Failure to make full payment by the agreed date may result in order delays or cancellation. We may also withhold installation services until payment is received in full.
All financial transactions are processed securely. However, we are not responsible for third-party payment platform errors or unauthorized access resulting from the user’s negligence or compromised device.
5. Warranty and Returns
We stand behind the quality of every installation we carry out, and all our products come with a written guarantee. Standard installations are covered for 12 months from the date of installation.
Extended 24-month coverage is available on selected premium installations and will be confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.
Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faults in the structural components of the installation, including the aluminium frame and the 6.38mm laminated safety glass panels, provided the product has been used and maintained as directed.
The guarantee applies only to the original installation address and is not transferable to a new owner or a different property.
For the guarantee to remain valid, the customer must observe the post-installation care instructions provided by our team on the day of installation.
One of the most important of these is the 48-hour waiting period. After we complete an installation, the silicone sealant used to secure and waterproof the unit needs a minimum of 48 hours to cure fully before the shower is used. Using the shower before that period is up can pull the silicone away from the wall or frame before it has set, compromising the seal and the structural integrity of the installation. Any damage arising from the shower being used during this curing period will not be covered under the guarantee and will be treated as customer negligence.
The following situations are not covered under our guarantee, as they fall outside manufacturing defects and are considered negligence or physical damage: using the shower within 48 hours of installation before the silicone has cured; breakage of the glass panels, whether accidental, from impact, or from any other cause; damage caused by the use of abrasive or chemical cleaners on the glass, frames, or fittings; damage resulting from excessive force applied to doors, handles, or hinges; modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than our team; and damage caused by external factors such as flooding, fire, or structural movement in the building itself.
Custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery or installation.
Any defect must be reported to us on the day of installation before our team leaves the premises, or within 24 hours of delivery for supply-only orders.
We will require photos and proof of purchase before assessing any claim. Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.
6. Privacy and Data Use
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you contact us or place an order, we collect information necessary to fulfill your request.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required to complete your order (e.g., payment processors or delivery services).

We are also not responsible for damages arising from customer misuse, installation by unqualified individuals, or failure to follow our product care guidelines.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts in the event of any legal dispute.
