Heavy-Duty Galaxy Sliding Door Installed at Midlands State University

We recently installed this heavy-duty Galaxy sliding door at Midlands State University. It is one of the less common sliding door designs we manufacture, making it an exciting project for our team.

The door features heavy-duty aluminium sections in a charcoal grey finish, paired with 6.38mm Euro grey laminated safety glass. It also has a key lock for security and a smooth sliding mechanism.

Although the sliding panel is large, it is surprisingly easy to move. It can be opened with one hand and slides quietly without jerking or sticking.

The door measures 3300 × 2100mm. We can manufacture this design in any size to suit a home, office, school or commercial building.

Project Cost

The total cost was $1,500, including fabrication, transportation, installation and labour, with no hidden charges.
