How to measure correctly
Accurate measurements give you an accurate quote. Here's exactly what to measure and how.
Measure the full width of the opening from one finished wall surface to the other. For shower enclosures, this is inside the tiled walls. Do not measure from the tile edge to the skirting — measure from finished surface to finished surface.
Width in mmMeasure from the finished floor level to the bottom of the door head (lintel or beam above the opening). For shower cubicles, measure from the floor to the height you want the glass to reach. Standard is 1,850mm to 2,100mm.
Height in mmMeasure at three points — top, middle, and bottom — and use the smallest reading. Old buildings often have walls that are not perfectly plumb. Our team accounts for this during the site visit, but starting with the smallest measurement protects you from underordering.
Pro tipAll inputs in the quote tool use millimetres. A standard doorway of 0.9m = 900mm. A typical shower width of 1m = 1,000mm. If you only have a metre measurement, multiply by 1,000.

Our team comes to your site to take precise, professional measurements before anything is built. This is the same in-house crew that fabricates and installs your product — nothing is lost between measurement and delivery.
After the site visit, we confirm the final price. You pay a deposit to confirm the order and we begin fabrication in our Harare workshop. We will advise you on the deposit amount at this stage.
Every product is cut, drilled, and assembled in our own Harare workshop using 6.38mm laminated safety glass — not imported flatpack. We build to your exact measurements, glass type, and frame colour.
Our team installs everything neatly and leaves your space spotless. Free installation is included on all orders over $99. You are left with a finished product, not a job site. All products are backed by our 24-month guarantee.
